Councilmemher Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #88-93 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFiCATiONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #88-07 (SEALCOATING OF <br />DEERWOO[) AI~DITION) <br /> <br /> WHI:iRE,':~S, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 24th day of February, 1988, <br />fixed a date fo~ ~{ Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating of Deerwood <br />Addition (P~'o~c~ ~88-07); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 22nd day of March, 1988 at which time all <br />persons desid~g to be heard were given an oppo~unity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1 ) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted 24th <br /> day (4 February, 1988. <br /> <br />2 ) M~~. Peter Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the <br /> engineer ~or this improvement.
