Councilmcmbct P~:arson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-95A <br /> <br />BE IT RI4;SOL~4ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA C()IJNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA~ as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That z~ certain petition requesting improvement of 156th Avenue N.W. between County <br />Road #56 and the western edge of High Point Addition and improvement to Hematite Street <br />N.W.. between 156th Avenue N.W. and the northern edge of Beaudry's Second Addition <br />filed wilh the Ramsey City Council on June 14, 1988 is hereby declared to be signed by the <br />require0 p~:rcentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in <br />conformi~:y with the City Charter and Chapter 210 of the City Code. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That Ihc~ petition is hereby referred to mr. Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, Hakanson <br />Andcrscm Associates, Inc., and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient <br />speed advi:qing the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement <br />is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with <br />some ~ ~lh~zr improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion f~:~r ~1~.: adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />DeLuca and u pcm vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the followi~g voted against the same: <br /> <br />N©llt; <br /> <br />and the fol Iowit~g ~bstai ned: <br /> <br />and the fol lowi~-=g were absent: <br /> <br />Cox <br /> <br />whereupon .~;a id rc:~:olution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 14th d:~y ~ff Ju~e, 1988. <br /> <br /> May°r <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Admini:;Iratm <br /> <br /> <br />
