Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has prepared <br />plans and spccif}c:ations for Improvement Projects #88-2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, 1988 Sealcoating <br />Improvcm~:.t~: :~r,i has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br /> NOW TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY ()F .llA, Mql?,Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That ,,.t,:}~ ifians and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br />h c~ ~.'.~ ~f', :,~ c hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />q'h;, thc (Sb~ Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper <br />(Amok ~ r )~.tnly Union) and the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the <br />maki~,g ~1: such improvement under such approved plans and specifications.
