I ,~ S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment of <br />thc attachcxi bills. <br /> <br />NOW TItER_!!,;FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSIi;Y~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Tha; ~he.
