Councilmembe~ Cox <br />for its a(].c.,IdtJon: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88- 112 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORD}'R, ING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICA?iON,~ (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 87-18 FRONT ST., 138TH AVENUE, <br />TUNGSTEN S~. ~ SUNFISH LAKE BLVD. & FELDSPAR) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ a resolution of the City Council of the City of Ramsey <br />adopted the ~)th day of February, 1988, authorized the City Engineer to <br />prepare a :epoi:t for Improvement Project 87-18. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ the city Engineer has prepared a feasibility study for <br />storm sew~r and improvements to the following streets: <br /> <br /> a) 9.'mn~l:,ten St. N.W. between T.H. No. 10 & 169 and Front St. <br />N.W. <br /> b) Front Street and 138th Avenue between Tungsten Street N.W. <br />and Feldspar S!reet N.W. <br /> c) Feldspar St. N.W. between 138th Ave. N.W. and T.H. No. 10 & <br />169. <br /> d) [~mr.~[~:-:h Lake Blvd. between Front St. & T.H. 10 & 169. <br /> <br /> WHER}]AS, the above described streets are located on the City's <br />Municipal Stat~~ Aid Street (MSAS) system, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ tn.e city code states that street improvements to MSA <br />streets are L'o be paid for by MSA funds and special assessments. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOEA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) ~'h. at ~qch improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council Resolution adopted the 9th day of February, 1988. <br /> <br /> 2) ~t'~at: i4:. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
