Co,ncilmeml×~r ( ?ox introduced the following resolution and moved for it adoption: RESOLUTION #88-120 RESOLU'[I!)N RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE RAMSEY PARK CENTER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 88-17. Hok a n son Construction, Inc. 21 si ¢';cntt~ry Bldrs./Maple Lake $170,820.65 $186,779.93 $187,630.08 $192,295.00 $205,170.63 $204,027.75 AND WI!EREAS, it appear that Cottonwood Construction is the lowest responsible bidder. NOW, TI~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thc Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a coniract with Cottonwood Construction in the name of the City of Ramsey for the Ramscy Park Center Project according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by thc Ra~ ~sey City Council and file in the office of the City Administrator/Clerk. 2) That thc. Cty Adminisu:ator/Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders thc deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and n~:xl lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
