NOW, THER~;FORB, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOVA CO{JN~['Y, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) E~ct~. [>Lens and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and!. ~a~ a l~art hereof, are hereby approved. 2) ~hat '(:iie city Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted ~n Li~ official paper (Anoka County Union) and the Construction i~mLletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improve'm~niL: under such approved plans and specifications. The advertise~,ent ~hali be published for 21 days, shall specify the work to be done, ~t~a.i.'! state that bids will be received by the City Adm~n~straL~.~' 'Fl~Y~il 11:00 a.m. on August 9, 1988, at which time theY will be pubiJ~i"/ opened in. the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Cente~' by the City Administrator and city Engineer, will then be tabu l~Fi-.~<l, and will be considered by the Ramsey City Council at 7:30 p.m~. ~'} August 9, 1988 in the Council Chambers. Any bidder whose respon~:LbJ[Lity is questioned during consideration of the bid will be give~m m~, opportunity to address the Council on the issue of responsibilJ.'~ No bids will be considered, unless sealed and filed with the City A.{~YnJ_nistrator and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's ch~c:k, bid bond or certified check payable to the City of Ramsey for ~Live (5) percent of the amount of such bid.
