NOW TIIElitl,;F~,)RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS[:;~:, ANOKA COUNTY,STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thc ~ ~ity Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Stiglich Construction for the site hnprovc~:~cms to the Anoka Sports Center in the amount of $1,231.28. 2) That tiK Ci iy Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release fo~ ~n ]~ };' ~.l'~is ptu'tial payment. 3) t~,tal amount of' this pm'tial payment is not included in the resolution approving bills fbr the month of August, 1988. 4) '['ha~ thc ~i 5 ty of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
