MILLER, INC. <br />(PROJECT .#8~.~14 IMPROVEMENTS TO RIVER'S BEND PARK) <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project in March, <br />1988; and <br /> <br /> WI~tE~:EAS~ the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #88-105 <br />awarding the l~i(1 ~o W. B. Miller, linc. for the improvements to River's Bend Park; and <br /> <br /> V~'HI~;t~EAS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />recommended pargial payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $20,154.25. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEV~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />Thai ibc (!ity Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W. B.
