Councilmcmber Bawden introduced the following resolution and moved for it adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-190 <br /> <br />RESOLUT3¢)N APPROVING COMMENTS ON METROPOLITAN COUNCIL'S <br />EIS FOIl ANOKA LANDFILL EXPANSION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has released a draft Environmental Impact <br />Statement on the proposed expansion of Anoka Sanitary Landfill; and <br /> <br /> WHERI0.;AS, the Metropolitan Council conducted a public information meeting September <br />26, 1988; <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City of Ramsey has reviewed the document and discussed its concerns <br />with the landfill operators at a special City Council meeting October 6, 1988. <br /> <br />NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY O~F P. AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That ibc.
