MILLER, INC. <br />(PROJE(Ti' .;?,gli-13 RUM RIVER TERRACE SITE IMPROVEMENT) <br /> <br /> Wlt~;RE^~S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project in March, <br />1988; and <br /> <br /> WI ~EI{[,;AS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the <br />bid to W. 1't. Mi II,~r, Inc. for the site improvements to Rum River Terrace; and <br /> <br /> WI~;RI,;.4, S, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />recommen~Icd partial payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $8,480.65. <br /> <br />NOW TII~;REI?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY~, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That fl, c ('.ity Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W. B.
