(PROJECT #88-16 HOUSE } PAY FOR COTTONWOOD CENTRAL PARK WARMING W[IERE/~,S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on July 13, 1988; and WIIIE[tEAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Co~tor, wood C. onstmction, inc. for the construction of the Central Park Warming House; and WIIEI/E/~S, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommemtcd pat~ ial payment to Cottonwood Construction in the amount of $22,340.96. NOW TIIIdREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI,;Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thc (iity Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Cottonwood Construction for thc, Warmi~g House Construction in the amount of $22,340.96. 2) That thc C:,ty Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release iht tiff s pm'iial payment. 3) That th~:: total amount of this partial payment is not included in the resolution approving paym(mi o!: bills for the month of October, 1988. 4) Tha! thc, ( :iiy of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
