MILLER, INC. <br />(PROJECT #88r.'14 IMPROVEMENTS TO RIVER'S BEND PARK) <br /> <br /> WillE;Rl,b~d'¢, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on March, <br />1988; and <br /> <br /> VqlIERF;AS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #88-105 <br />awarding the bitl t,.~ W. El. Miller, Inc. for the improvements to River's Bend Park; and <br /> <br /> WIII~;i~{E;~S, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />recommended pariial payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $7,721.60. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREI?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />Thai !h(~, (!ity Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W. B.
