Councilmemi'm¥ Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for it% acl(q)tion: RESOLUTION #88-210 NHI-REAS~ Mr. Mel Boser, hereinafter referred to as "applicant" has applie;t For plat approval of the minor subdivision of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: 'l'lle South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, the above described property is to be known as Ramsey Ridge, hereinafter referred to as "plat"; and WHEREAS, City Staff and have rev'~.we~, the proposed plat Ramsey Ci Ly C~de. the Planning and Zoning Commission pursuant to Chapter 170.0317 of the NOW THJ<REF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RA~ISEY, ANOKA COIIN1Y, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That final approval of Ramsey Ridge is granted contingent upon' a) Mr. Boser providing proof of marketable title for the property to the City; b) Mr. Boser entering into a development agreement with the City; c) Mr. Boser providing a 66 foot wide easement between Lots 1 and 2 and a 66 foot wide easement starting at the center of the lot line dividing Lots 1 and 2 and extend- ing north to the plat boundary; d) Mr. Boser including easements for future street extensions to the north in the plat.
