Councilmembev Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for it adoption: RESOLUTION #88-240 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR W.B. MILLER, INC. (PROJECT #88-19 & 87..26 DYSPROSIUM STREET N.W.) WllER~,;AS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May 3, 1988; and WHERE/~S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to W. B. Miller: inc. for the improvement to Dysprosium Street N.W. WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $1,035.98. NOW, TtlEI[tE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That Ihe City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. for the improveme als to Dysprosium Street in the amount of $1,035.98. 2) Tha~ the ~-5 ~y Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for thi :~ partial payment. 3) The :unotmt of this partial payment is not included in the resolution approving payment of bJlis for the month of December, 1988. 4) That thc t?i'.y of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
