Councilmemb,:;r Peterson <br />moved fo~' ii,:s adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />7RESOLUTION #89-02 -36 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON STREET IMPROVE- <br />MENT PROJNCU' 89-2 (156TH AVE.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey city Council <br />adopted FebFuary 14, 1988, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter <br />R. Raatlkka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference <br />to the tarvia surfacing improvement of the following street: <br /> <br />a) iS~ith Ave. N.W. between High Point and Co. Rd. No. 56 <br />b) Hematite Street N.W. between 156th Ave. and <br /> P. oo feet south of 156th Avenue <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ the report was received by the Ramsey City Council <br />on February 28, 1989, which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estima.~.ed Total Cost of Project = <br />Estimat:ed Total Assessment per unit <br /> (individual property cost): <br />Esti. maled Annual Assessment per unit <br /> iI, O year term ~ <br /> <br />$47,600.00 <br /> <br /> 2,975.00 <br />$ 463.51 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA CO]~N?~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the tarvia <br />surfacinq improvement of such streets in accordance with the report <br />and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an <br />estima%e~ l~otal cost of the improvement of $47,600. <br /> <br /> 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improw~mer~t on the 28th day of March, 1989, in the Council Chamber <br />of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:15 p.m. and the City <br />Administr~tc, r shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing ai~d improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The mo'k Join. ~llor the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember DeLuca and. upon vote being taken <br />thereon~ i:he following voted in favor thereof: <br /> ~"la.y~;" Reimann, Councilmembers Peterson, Dek-uca, and.
