Councilmember Peterson <br />moved !'~,z 'its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-02- 37 <br /> <br />RESOLII±].)N RECEIVING REPORT ON SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT 89-5 (153RD <br />AVENU F, ) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuan% to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted February 14, 1989, a report has been prepared by Mr. <br />Pete k~ i~aatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with <br />reference t~ the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) ]53rd Ave. N.W. between C.S.A.H. No. 5 and T.H. 47. <br /> <br /> WH~REA~, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council <br />on February 28, 1989 which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Total Cost of Project: <br /> <br />$6,690.00 <br /> <br />NOW, THE~F.~'(~RF., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> " T '~ r~'/ . <br />ANOKA CO_L~.[!~, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows. <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey city Council will consider the sealcoating <br />improvemenL of such streets in accordance with the report and <br />financing the project in accordance with the City's assessment <br />policy which states that sealcoating MSA streets will be paid by <br />MSAS fun~.~:~ <br /> <br />The mot[<~n for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Dekuca and upon vote being taken <br />thereon~, t'J.~e following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Peterson, Dehuca, and Pearson <br />and the ~F~,l-lowJ. ng voted against the same: <br /> None <br />and the Fc;~iiowing abstained: <br /> NonF~ <br />and the fo!lowing were absent: <br /> Coun(:ilmpmber Cich <br />whereupo~ said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ram.~,~¥' (Tity Council this the 28th day of FebruaryF~1989.= <br /> <br /> MaydY {x]~/ V ' ~ <br /> <br />ATTEST' <br /> <br /> <br />
