F~bruary 14, 1989, a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete ~. Raahikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. with reference to the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: !/TTt{ Ave. N.W. between Vanadium St. N.W. and the easterly terminus of the cul-de-sac. b) t~Sth. Lane N.W. between Vanadium St. N.W. and Uranium St. c) l'?gth Lane N.W. between Uranium St. N.W. and the east plat boundary of Rodeo Hills Estates. d) Lane N.W. between Vandadium St. N.W. and Uranium N.W. e) Vanadium St. N.W. between Green Valley Road (Co. Rd. 63) a~d 180th Lane N.W. f) '[7].'anium St. NoW. between 178th Lane N.W. and the north p) at boundary of Rodeo Hills Estates. (3 year term) 1st year: 2nd year: 3rd year: $8,245.00 $ 108.72 $ 48.88 $ 42.77 $ 39.50 NOW, THE$IEFORE, BE IT RESOI~ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA (X)IINTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thai: the Ramsey city Council will consider the sealcoating improveme~]t of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment: of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey city Charter at an estimal~ed hohal cost of the improvement of $8,245.00.
