Council~(emb,~r Peters0n moved for :[ts adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #89-02- 39 RESO~i/T[ON RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT 89~7 (BEAUDRY'S SECOND ADDITION) WHER]~:A~, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted February 14, 1989, a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete ~. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. with reference to the sealcoa%i}'~g improvement of the following streets: a) Ave. N.W. between Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (Anoka County and Jaspar Street N.W. b) l!!i2nd Ave. N.W. between Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (Anoka County ~t!~6) and the easterly terminus of the cul-de-sac. c) J~spar Street N.W. between 153rd AVe. N.W. and the south p~at boundary of Beaudry's 2nd Addition. d) Hematite Street N.W. between 152nd Ave. N.W. and 330 feet n~rth of the north plat boundary of Beaudry's 2nd AcidJ.tion. 'Wif{E]%~iA~, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 28, 1989, which report indicates the following: Estimai~ed Total Cost of Project: Es%.imai].ed Total Assessment per (individual property cost): Est;Lmaked Annual Assessment per (3 year term) 1st year: 2nd year: 3rd year: $7,851.00 $ 249.24 $ ll2.05 $ 98.03 $ 90.56 NOW, T}{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 'J/hat the Ramsey City Council will consider the sealcoating improvemer~ of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the Jmpzovement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated! tot. a]. cost of the improvement of $7,851.00. 2) '!?hat a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <~n the 28th day of March, 1989, in the Council Chambers of the Ram~;ey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing snd improvement as required by law.
