Counc:[] i~ember Peterson <br />moved fo:i:' ;its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 089-02-41 <br /> <br />RESOLWYiO.N .i{LCEIVING REPORT ON SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT 89-9 (153RD <br />AVENU},;) <br /> <br /> WHER~A:~, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted },'e~,ruary 14, 1989, a report has been prepared by Mr. <br />Pete k~ i~%aatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with <br />referenc~ t-~ the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />Ave. N.W. between T.H. 47 and Roanoke Street. <br /> <br /> WH2R~A:;, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council <br />on Februa~?y 28, 1989 which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Esi:ima'i:ed Total Cost of Project: <br /> <br />$6,140.00 <br /> <br />NOW, THI~R'~iFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA CO!'J'Nq'V, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) 'I'hat. the Ramsey city Council will consider the sealcoating <br />improveme~t of such streets in accordance with the report and <br />financin,i~ the project in accordance with the City's assessment <br />policy wh.J.ch states that sealcoating MSA streets will be paid by <br />MSAS <br /> <br />The motion ~for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Dekuca and upon vote being taken <br />thereon,, lh.m following 'voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Reimann, Councilmember Peterson, Dekuca, and Pearson <br />and the :~oi]()wing voted against the same: <br /> None <br />and the foil!owing abstained: <br /> None <br />and the :;~o]] owJ_ng were absent: <br /> C0unc~'~member C~ch <br />whereupo][ said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br /> <br />the Ram[:(:y (:ity Council this the <br /> <br />ATTEST: ,.' <br /> <br />bl fy' AO[!I1 ~l'l S l- r'~l ~or <br /> <br />28th day of February,~9. ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
