Councilmemb~:r l'eterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-02-42 <br /> <br />RESOLU'f'ION ESTABLISHING EMPLOYEE STATUS AND RATE OF PAY FOR CERTAIN <br />EMPLOYEES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, James Gromberg was promoted on August 29, 1988 to Project <br />Manager and i~a:; received a confirming review from the Community Development Director to <br />end the ini[i~! [,,¢:v ennployee probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Colleen Rybak was hired on August 31, 1988 as Community <br />Development i)epartment Secretary and has received a confirming review from the Community <br />Developmen~ I)imctor to end the initial new employee probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mark Boos was promoted on August 29, 1988 to Parks/Utilities <br />Coordina/o[ ~r~d has received a confirming review from the Public Works Superintendent to end <br />the probation~ry period. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOHE, [CE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> I ) That James Gromberg, Project Manager, is hereby recognized as a <br />"regular fuiI-iin~e" employee and shall receive $9.53 per hour effective February 24, 1989. <br /> <br /> 2 ) That CoIIeen Rybak, Community Development Department Secretary, is <br />hereby recocjnized as a "regular full-time" employee and shall receive $6.60 per hour effective <br />March 1, I <br /> <br /> 3) That Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Coordinator, shall receive $10.99 per <br />hour effectivo F'ebruary 24, 1989. <br /> <br /> 4 ) That the rates listed above shall be adjusted in accordance with other <br />salary politic;.'; ;ts ;~dopted by the City Council. <br /> <br />The motio~ tot lt"~e adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />DeLuca and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor <br />Counc:ihnember Peterson <br />Cour~cilrnoml:)er DeLuca <br />Co,Jr~cilr~]ember Pearson <br /> <br />and lhe fol!owin!l w~ted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
