Councilmem!)er Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #89-03-50 <br /> <br />RESOLUfiON AdTHORIZlNG THE HIRING OF MR. GERALD KRAMBER AS CITY <br />ASSESSOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee of the City Council of Ramsey met on <br />March 13, '~'a89 ~t 5:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center to conduct interviews of <br />applicants for lhe position of City Assessor; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, based on those interviews and the recommendation of the City <br />Administrator, the Personnel Committee has recommended to the City Council that an <br />employmeni ofter be extended to Mr. Gerald Kramber for the position of City Assessor; and <br /> <br /> WHEFIEAS, the City Administrator recommends an annual starting rate of pay of <br />$24,000 ~r~d that the official starting date be March 31, 1989. <br /> <br />NOW THEF~I:.FOI-~E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> I ) 'rhat the City Administrator is authorized to extend an offer of <br />employment ~o rvl~, Gerald Kramber for the position of City Assessor with an annual starting pay <br />rate of $24,000. <br /> <br />The motion f(~r thr~ adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cich and ..'Jpon vr~l:e being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> M~yor l~eimann <br /> Councih-nember Pearson <br /> Councihnember Cich <br /> Cou~cih'no~nber DeLuca <br /> Coum:il,member Peterson <br /> <br />and the foilowi~lg w)ted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following ~bstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> No~lr~ <br /> <br /> <br />
