Councilme~nbur f~earson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-03-52 <br /> <br />RESOLUT'ION CANCELLING FIRE CALL BILL DUE TO DEATH OF RESIDENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Finance Office issued Statement #1055 dated November 4, <br />1986 for chaff!os incurred as a result of a fire call at 17412 Unicorn Street N.W. in the <br />amount ¢4 $22.5~00 on October 27, 1986; and <br /> <br /> W!~IEREAS, this statement was addressed and mailed to Ms. Ruth M. Riewe, a <br />resident m~d property owner of 17412 Unicorn Street N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the City received notice from Mr. Paul J. Bakke, Attorney at Law, on <br />March 31, i[)87 stating that Ms. Ruth M.
