Na-Con, Inc. constzuc'[:i.~:.~ of elevated Storage Tank No. 1; and adopted for the WHER[i;A~, city Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associa';:e.e~ into recommended partial payment to C.N.I. Na-Con, Inc. in the ~m~n~fi~_~ of $51,623.95. NOW, THE~;',Ft~RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY ~ ANO)'(A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) '~h~t 'the city Council hereby authorized partial payment to CBI Na.~-C~n~ Inc. for the construction of elevated Storage Tank No. 1 J_n t:]a.~ amount of $51,623.95. 2) Tt~mt the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Adminis~:<at~,r· to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) 9!bat the total amount of this partial payment is not include~ ~.~ Resolution #89-03- 51 approving payment of bills for the mo~t~h oJ' March, 1989o 4) '?h~:t the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed c,~,y of this resolution.
