Miller, Inc. for the const~'u¢.;Y, ioa of site improvements to Rum River Terrace; and WH~NSAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson AssocJ.a~e~ In(:. recommended partial payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. in the ~r,:~-nlq't of $7,600.00. NOW, THERL~R)RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSES, ANo}~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) '.i))~at the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W.B. ~i. lier, Inc. for the construction of site improvements to Rum River '['~rrace in the amount of $7,600.00. 2) [i~a.. the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Adminis4t~.a%~r to sign the release form for this partial payment.
