Councj.] ~emb~r Pearson moved foz· its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #89-03-56 ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS WHEhEA~, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the ~evisions hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal £:tate Aid Street system under the provisions of the Minnesota,. L!~ws of 196'7, Chapter 162. NOW, 5H.~,LF<)RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSES', ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: .... ~c the following described roads: ]) 'i'h'~ Nonexistent 138th Avenue N.W. between Ramsey Blvd N.W. and Nonexistent Zeolite St. N.W. Riverdale Road N.W. between Zeolite St. N.W. and Armstrong Blvd. N.W. Armstrong Blvd. N.W. between Riverdale Road N.W. and U~S. Highways 10 and 169 be, and h~z"~by is established, located and designated a Municipal State Aid ~treet of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissi,~e~-of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. 2) 9?bat the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed t~ forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commiss~.~ne~ of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his app~'ov'a~ of the revisions of said road or portion thereof, that same con~t~ucted, improved and maintained as part of the State Aid Street (~f the City of Ramsey, to be numbered and known as Municipal State ~Jd S%~reet #115.
