WH~:NSA~, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on February 14, 1989, Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and specifications for the Improvement Project #89-03 cen~ral Park Irrigation and Turf Establishment and has presemted ~uch plans and specifications to the Council for appro¥-al~ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: ]) ~m~h plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and imade a part hereof, are hereby approved.' 2) 9~hat the City Administrator shall prepare.and cause to be inserted 4_n the official paper no later than March 31, 1989 (Anoka Count9 ~7nio~) and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids up()n the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for a period (~ ~'.Jme in accordance with state statutes, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Administrat~r until 11:00 a.m. on April 10, 1989, at which time they will] be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal] C~nter by the city Administrator and City Engineer, will then be tabulated, and will be considered by the Ramsey City Council at :7:30 p.m. on April 11, 1989 in the Council Chambers. Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned during consideration of the bid will be given an opportunity to address the Council on the issue of responsibility. No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Administrator and accompanied by a cash dep~F~il., cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Ci'ty of Ramsey for five (5) percent of the amount of such bid.
