Councilmembr:~r DeLtJca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-04-67 <br /> <br />RESOLU'['!Ci~,I &PPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION AND SALE OF TAX FORFEIT <br />PARCELS <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Anoka County, Minnesota has <br />prepared ~ li~;~, designated as Classification List Number 89, which list describes lands <br />forfeited to ti~ Stale of Minnesota pursuant to Chapter 282 of the Minnesota Statutes, and has <br />determin~:d til3.t it i.s advisable to sell said land; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Anoka County Board of Commissioners must classify all tax <br />forfeited land ;its conservation or non-conservation under Section 282.01 of the Minnesota <br />Stalutes; r-] rtd <br /> <br /> Wi lEREAS, the Anoka County Board of Commissioners has considered the <br />present us~ r~ adjacent lands found in said list, the productivity of the soil, the character of <br />forest or other g~owth, the accessibility of the lands listed to established roads, schools, and <br />other publi¢~ ,~¢rvices, and their peculiar suitability or desirability for particular uses; and <br /> <br /> WI iEFIEAS, the classification and sale of any tax forfeited land lying within the <br />bounds of any o~'ganized town with a taxable value in excess of $20,000 or incorporated <br />municipality Ir~t~st be approved by the Council of such City, insofar as the lands located therein <br />are concef'necJ. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, AN(~)KA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> i ) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the classification and sale <br />of the folk~wi~c] t~x forfeit parcels in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />23-32-25-22-0009 <br />28-32-25-31 -0002 <br />08~32-25-32-0021 <br /> <br /> ;'.)
