Councilmer,]!~.r.,r l)eLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #89-04-74 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION Ai:~PROVlNG BILLS FOR THE SECOND HALF OF APRIL 1989 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has received certain bills <br />for the second h~df of April 1989 that require payment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize <br />payment of lhr:,.';e [)ills. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, AN,OK& COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1 ) That the City Council of Ramsey hereby .approves the payment of bills for <br />the secor~d t~if ~.,f April 1989 in the amount of $100,954.63. <br /> <br />The motion lo~ th~ adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson and uFo~ vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayo~' i ~oimann <br /> Cou~lcilmember DeLuca <br /> Couil;:ihnember Peterson <br /> Councilmember Cich <br /> Cou~cilmember Pearson <br /> <br />and the followi¢~¢ voted against the same: <br /> <br /> Nor~(~, <br /> <br />and the followir~¢ ~¢bstained: <br /> <br />and the followi~¢ were absent: <br /> Noqe <br /> <br />whereupor~ ~sid re:;obtion was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 25th day o¢ April, 1989. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
