Member _ _!)~q_[.uf:.ii. ...... introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF RAMSEY RESOLUTION NOo 89-05-92 RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 5 WHEREA~ the City Council by prior action has established Development District: ~,~ ] (Development District) pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.].24 ~-'br,,~J~ 469~134 and has established several tax increment financing district~ wii~l~jn Development District No. 1 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section~ 46!~, ].74 through 469.179; and WH,~kf ,, the City Council believes it is necessary to establish Tax Increme;~t F:i~mncir, g District No. 5 within the Development District. NOW~ '.YiiEI~E}?OP, E, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Th~ (',~iny Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be prep~r~.d a T~× Increment Financing Plan (Plan) for TIF District No. 5 and to f~:. ~-~ copy thereof in city hall. o The i~ty Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to submit the Play t~ '~he school board and county for comment and to notify the same of tba ~ime and place of the hearing on the Plan to be held before the City The C~ity Administrator is authorized and directed to prepare a notice for publJcat~,on in the official newspaper setting a public hearing before the Ci~:y Co~t~cJ. 1 on the 23rd day of M~y , 1989, at 7:30 p.m. in the couv~il chambers on the Plan.
