(PROJEC']! ~!9-3 CENTRAL PARK TURF ESTABLISHMENT AND IRRIGATION) WHE~i.'.AS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project i.n April, 1989; and WHEidlAS~ the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resoluti~n ~!89-4- awarding the bid to Central Landscaping, Inc. for the ~¢m~truction of the Central Park Warming House. W?It:]~ilAS~ Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., recommended partial payment to Central Landscaping, Inc. in the amount o:F ~;28,919.90~ NOW, Ti{E]~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) ~.~hat the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Cenqral Landscaping, Inc. for Central Park Warming House in the amount of f:,F. 8,9~L9.90. 2) [~.'hat the city Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Admini:~t~ator to sign 'the release form for this partial payment. 3) T~,at 'the total amount of this partial payment is not includod ir~ Rasolution #89-05-99 approving payment of bills for the month (}~'gJ~.~', 1989. 4) 'J'hat 'the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
