Counci]member Peterson moved toF_ [tn adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #89-05-104 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR E.H. RENNER & SONS, INC. (PROJECT #88--16 CENTRAL PARK WARMING HOUSE WELL) WBEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project itl b[ovember, 1987; and WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Ramsey entered into an agreement with E.H. Renner & Sons, Inc. for the construction of the Centrai. Park Warming House Well. WHERP:z~S~ City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates~ Inc., recommended partial payment to E.H. Renner & Sons, Inc~ ii.~ the amount of $250.00. NOW, THEREFO]%E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOiC~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) ~,i~hat the city Council hereby authorizes partial payment to E.H. P,~.q'~ner & Sons, Inc. for the Warming House Well construction in the amo~n 2) '.if!mtt the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administra~oi,- to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) ?hat the total amount of this partial payment is not included in ~lesolution #89-05-99 approving payment of bills for the month ~:C April, 1989. 4) mhat the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed c,~py of this resolution. The motion !~or 'the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, hhe following voted in favor thereof: Mayor k~_~imann, Councilmembers Peterson, Cich, Pearson, and Dehuca and the folL]~wing voted, against the same: None and the fo]i.~wing abstained: None and the fr:,],.]~wing were absent: None whereupon rtaid resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey C:i.ty Council this the 23rd day of May, 1989~
