Counci]membe~c Peterson moved foE' its adoption~ introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #89-05- 105 RESOLUTI©N ~,PPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR W.B. MILLER, INC. (PROJECT #88-13) WHER}<iAS~ th.e city Council of the city of Ramsey approved this project, on M~arch 1988; and WBE~EAS~ the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #28- awarding the bid to W.B. Miller, Inc. for the construction of site improvements to Rum River Terrace; and WBE)~EAS.~ City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Assoc~at~o~~' ~. .£nc. recommended partial payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. in the a.)~¢>~].~]i~ of $26,917.30. NOW, THEREFO[[{E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANO~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) !~!~:~t the city Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W.B. Mi.L]~<~.r, Inc. for the construction of site improvements to Rum Ri~'e]r ~e]i?race in the amount of $26,917.30. 2) 'Fh~t the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administ:cai:oi~r to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) ~..~,~[. 'the total amount of this partial payment is not included, in Resolution #89-05-~proving payment of bills for the month cf ~4~y,~ 1989. L.h.~. the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed topiY of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Reinlann, Councilmembers Peterson, Cich, DeLuca, and Pearson and the ~c~l~lowing voted against the same: None and the _Fo L ]., )wing abstained: None and the :F_-~.~ L]/~wing were absent: None whereupon ~!;ai_d resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramse'~z Ci.ty Council this 23rd day of May, 1989.
