Councilmember Peters0n moved, loc iLt.:~ adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #89-05- 106 RESOLUTIO~ APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR C.B.I. NA-CON, INC. (PROJECT #87-19 ET_,EVA?ED STORAGE TANK NO. 1). WB. iE[eEA~';.~ the city Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project, on April 14, 1988; and W~,,EREAS~ the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolut.~o~] #~S--- awarding the bid to C.B.I. Na-Con, Inc. for the constructi~ of elevated Storage Tank No. 1; and WBiEREAS~ City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates~ linc. recommended partial payment to C.B.I. Na-Con, Inc. in the amo'qn~ of $].1,970.00. NOW, TBEREFOi~E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, A'NO~!k COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) %Obat the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to CBI New,Con, Inc. for the construction of elevated Storage Tank No. 1 ~n the amount of $11,970.00. 2) ~i['t~. the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrato:~ to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) 'l'h~d~ the total amount of this partial payment is not included, in ~esolution #89-05~ 99approving payment of bills for the month of M~F~ 1989. 4) 'Yhai~ the city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copi~/ ~f this resolution.
