Councilm(;mber P,'.;arson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-05-108 RESOLUTION OHDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR STREET IMPROVErM!!NT PROJECT 89-2 (156TH AVE.) WI-iEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 28th day of February, 1989 fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed tarvia surfacing improvement of the following ~tree~s: '156th Ave. N.W. between High Point and Co. Rd. No. 56 Hematite Street N.W. between 156th Ave. and 300 feet south of 156th Avenue .ANi~ WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was giverh and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th day of March, 1989, at which all person~ desiring] to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, NOW, TttEF{EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: i) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adoph~d the 28th day of February, 1989. 2 ) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated ;~.,; d'~a engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the makin¢~ of sucll improvement.
