Counoilmember P~arson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-05-110 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-6 (RODEO HILLS ESTATES) W~-~EREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 28th day of February, 1989 fixed a data for a council hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the following ,'~treels: 177th Ave. N.W. between Vanadium St. N.W. and the easterly terminus of the cul-de-sac. Jr' ) 178th Lane N.W. between Vanadium St. N.W. and Uranium St. N.W. 179th Lane N.W. between Uranium St. N.W. and the east plat boundary of Rodeo Hills Estates 180th Lane N.W. between Vandalium St. N.W. and Uranium St. N.W. Vanadiurn St. N.W. between Green Valley Road (Co. Rd. 63) and 180th Lane N.W. Llranium St. N.W. between 178th Lane N.W. and the north plat boundary of Rodeo Hills Estates AN,t) WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th day of March 1989, at which all person.'; dosirin!.j to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, NOW, THEFiEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: ~) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted 28th day of February, 1989. 2 ) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated u'.', the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of sucl~ improvement.
