Councilmembe~ P~derson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-05-111 RESOLUTION C~RDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-7 (BEAUDRY'S SECOND ADDITION) W~r.~EREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 28th day of February, 1989 fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the following ,';treols: 153rd Ave. N.W. between Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (Anoka County #56) and Jaspar Street N.W. 152nd Ave. N.W. between Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (Anoka County #56) and the easterly terminus of the cul-de-sac. Jaspar Street N.W. between 153rd Ave. N.W. and the south plat boundary of Beaudry's 2nd Addition. Hematite Street N.W. between 152nd Ave. N.W. and 300' north of the north plat boundary of Beaudry's 2nd Addition. ANi) WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th day of March 1989, at which all person,'; de~;irin,_i to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: ~i) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adoptod the 28th day of February, 1989. 2 ) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated a.,; tho engineer of this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
