Councilmembor Ci{;h introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-05-112 <br /> <br />RESOLU'£1ON ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS /AND <br />SPEClFICAI"ION:-~ FOR SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-8 (153RI~AVE. <br />N.W. BETWEEN ARMSTRONG BLVD. AND PUMA ST, N.W.). <br /> <br /> W!-~EREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the <br />14th day of F:ebruary, 1989 authorized the City Engineer to prepare a report for Improvement <br />Project <br /> <br />153rd Ave. N,W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (Anoka County Road <br />#83 and Puma Street N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the above described streets are located on the City's Municipal State <br />Aid Street (M~:-;A,q) system, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City code states that sealcoating improvements to MSA streets <br />are to be paid f(~r by MSA funds. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOr{E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOK/~. COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> i) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br />resolution adoptod the 28th day of February, 1989. <br /> <br /> ~:) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby <br />designated a,% tr~e engineer for this improvement.
