Councilmember Del. uca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-06-123 RESOLU31ON APPROVING REGULAR FULL-TIME STATUS FOR STEVEN LUTMER WHEREAS, Steven Lutmer is employed by the City as Community Development Technician; and WHEREAS, Steven Lutmer has been employed by the City on a temporary part- time statu'.; .",ince ~i)ctober 19, 1987; and WHEREAS, Steven Lutmer has been employed by the City on a regular part- time statu,~; since June 18, 1989; and WHEREAS, Steven Lutmer reached the six month status (1040 hours) ending with the proba,qo.q~ry period as of pay period ending February 2, 1989; and WHEREAS, the 1989 six month rate under the AFSCME contract is $8.30 per hour for P~,y Fian~le 2; and WFIEREAS, the 1989 twelve month or minimum rate under the AFSCME contract is ~;~,L;'.3 !~erhour. NOW THEREFOt~E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 ) That the City Council of Ramsey hereby approves regular full-time status for Steven l utn~er effective May 30, 1989 at the rate of $8.30 per hour with progression to $9.23 per hour up,.~n reaching 2080 hours with the City. 2) -i"hat the position title is hereby changed to Community Development Inspector ~nd the duties of Assistant to the Building Official are included.
