CouncilmemboF Cich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-06-132 RESOLUTION ~WARDING CONTRACT FOR THE RIVER'S BEND PARK SOUTH DEVELOPiVlENT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-1 WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the River's Bend Park South Developrne~d (Improvement Project #89-1), bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the bids were received by City Council Resolution #89-04-69 on April 11, 1989 compiyir,,g with the advertisement; and WHEREAS, it appears that Buck Blacktop, Inc. of St. Paul, Minnesota was the lowest respor~sible bidder in the amount of $101,555.55; and WHEREAS, the City Administrator/Clerk was authorized and directed to return forthwith to ~tll bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder ~nd next lowest bidder were retained until a contract has been signed. NOW 'rHEHEFOIIE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AHOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i ) That the Mayor and City AdministratodClerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter iI,to a contract with Buck Blacktop, Inc. of St. Paul, Minnesota in the name of the City of Ramsay for the River's Bend Park South Development Project according to the plans and specificatio:~s therefore approved by the Ramsey City Council and on file in the office of the City Admi his tr~'toi'/Clerk.
