(PROJECT #88- 13 - SITiE IMPROVEMENTS TO RUM RIVER TERRACE) 'WI-IEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project in March, 198~; ;~11~! WtiEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to W. ~. iVliller, lnc. for the construction of site improvements to Rum River Terrace; and W~r;EREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. reconl~ndod i)r~rti~l payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $44,171.20. NOW 'rHEltEf:O~:lE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ,~,l,t(.~K/\ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Inc. for the $44,1 71 ~. ) 'Yhat the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W.
