Councilmembo~ Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-06-144 RESOLU-¢ION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR S. J. LOUIS CONSTRUCTION, INC. (PROJECr #81-19 - EXTENSION OF SEWER AND WATER TO INDUSTRIAL AREA) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 14, 10,~i7; and WI-~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #87-136 awarding 'ih~ hir_l ,o S. J. Louis Construction, Inc. for the extension of sewer and water to the Industrial Are~,; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommend~;d p~rdal payment to S. J. Louis Construction, Inc. in the amount of $10,318.09. NOW THEREFOi-{E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i ) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to S. J. Louis Construction, Ir~c. k)r tim extension os sewer and water to the Industrial Area in the amount of $10,318.0o. ;?.)
