Councilmemb~r F.¥.;arson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #89-06-145 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR NORTHDALE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, <br />INC. (PROJECT #88-9 FRONT STREET N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June <br />28, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding <br />the bid to Nortt~d~ie Construction Company, Inc. for the improvements to Front Street N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br /> fir~al payment to Northdale Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of <br /> <br />recomme~]ded <br />$52,796.1 <br /> <br />NOW THERfiFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />RAMSEY, ANf)KA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />CITY OF <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Northdale <br />Construction Cor~pany, Inc. for the improvements to Front Street N.W. in the amount of <br />$52,796.16 <br /> <br /> ?. ) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator <br />to sign th,} mlo~,,? form for this final payment. <br /> <br /> 3 ) That the amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #89- <br />06-140 alr)provir',_0 payment of bills for the month of June, 1989. <br /> <br /> 4 ) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of <br />this resolulion <br /> <br />The motion for th.'.; adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cich and tJpor] w)fe being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayo~ [loiinann <br /> Courl¢,ihnember Pearson <br /> Cour~cilrf~n. mber Cich <br /> Cour~(',ihr~omber Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the followir~o ;~bstained: <br /> Nolle, <br /> <br /> <br />
