NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) <br />following' <br /> <br />final plat approval of Oak Run Addition is granted contingent upon the <br /> <br /> A.
