STREE'i' ~MPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-2 <br /> <br /> Wf~I£FIEAS, pursuant to an advertisement of bids for Street Improvement <br />Project #89.2, birts were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the following <br />bids were mf;eived complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Amqunt of Bid <br /> <br />W. B. Miller, Inc. <br />13uffalo Bituminous, Inc. <br />Valley Paving, Inc. <br /> <br />$39,688.75 <br />$45,709.5O <br />$46,622.00 <br /> <br /> ANO WHEREAS, it appears that W. B. Miller, Inc. of 16765 Nutria Street <br />N.W., Rarnsey, Minnesota 55303 is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFO!:iE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, AI',I()KA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> i ) That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to ~mt,,~r ~nto a contract with W. B. Miller, Inc. in the name of the City of Ramsey for <br />156th Aver~e N.W.
