Councih-nen~i~r;r .Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-07-169 RESOLUFION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR C.B.I. NA-OON, INC, (PROJECT #87- 19 ELEVATEI[_) STORAGE TANK NO. 1). WliEI::IEAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 14, 1'3~b; ~nd WI-iIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to C.Brl. N.'-t--Col], Inc. for the construction of elevated Storage Tank No. 1; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommendr;d pmdal payment to C.B.I. Na-Con, Inc. in the amount of $10,307.50. NOW THERE?'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AN()KA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: ) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to C.B.I. Na-Con, Inc. for thc; c(,nstr~ction of elevated Storage Tank No. I in the amount of $10,307.50. ',!)
