Counci.}me~hec Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION %89-07-172 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 0ECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PROPOSE[} ASSESSMENT (#89-6 RODEO HILLS ESTATES STREET SEAL COATING <br />IMPROVEMF,~iT } <br /> <br /> WHEP,~'.AS~ a contract has been let and costs have been determined <br />with re~!erenc~ to the street improvements in the plat of Rodeo Hills <br />Estates a~d !~he contract price for such improvements is $6,563.70 <br />and the e×~e~.~es incurred or to be incurred in the making of such <br />improvemei~[~ a, aount to $1,181.46 so that the total cost of the <br />improvemen~ wi_Il be $7,745.16. <br /> <br />NOW THERE?OR~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> ~) The p-~rtion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by <br />the Cit9~ of l-~msey is hereby declared to be $0.00 and the portion to <br />be paid b~ 2 outlets is $3,896.00 and the portion of the cost to be <br />assessed ag~i~st benefited property owners is declared to be <br />$3,849.]6~ <br /> <br /> 2) Ass~sments shall be in equal annual installments extending <br />over a pe',?]~l of three years, the first of the installments to be <br />payable o~] ~< before May 15, 1990 and shall bear interest at the <br />rate of 8~0 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the <br />assessmenl. ~'~o].ution. <br /> <br /> 3) T]i<: C;il;y Administrator shall upon the completion of such <br />proposed as~easment, notify the Ramsey City Council thereof. <br /> <br />The mol;io~ Io} the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded }(.?
