Counc illm,~:.mt.~er Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION %89-07-173 RESOLU'['ilO6~ DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOS}~[~ ASSESSMENT (#89-7 BEAUDRY'S SECOND'ADDITION STREET SEALCOA!I'?NG iMPROVEMENT) ~ W.~i~F.]',Ii. AS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with re~e.~ence ~o the street improvements in the plat of Beaudry's Second A¢I~t4L[on and the contract price for such improvements is $6,043.4] :~r~d the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of suc]~ Jmp.r_ovement amount to $1,087.81 so that the total cost of the J.m}~xovement will be $7,131.22. NOW THEREF,[)Ri~, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANQKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: ~) ~!~c ~ortion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City c,f Ramsay is hereby declared to be $0.00 and the portion of the coat t:-~ i~e assessed against benefited property owners is declared ti~ be $7,131.22. 2) A?.s~ssments shall be in equal annual installments extending over a per i~od of three years, the first of the installments to be payable o~1 (~? before May 15, 1990 and shall bear interest at the rate oi ',%~Q }x~rcent per annum from the date of the adoption of the assessmc~t r~;.-'~oJution. 3) Th; ,'iLty Administrator shall upon the completion of such proposed ~.~;.ssment, notify the Ramsey City Council thereof.
