NOW Ttl~,~RI~;FOI{lC:, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ()1,' i,tAP/I~';I,;~f, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: A certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of bitumin(>u~'; stu-fncing for Bison Street N.W. has been filed with the City Council on July 25, 1980.
