<br />TO NI')'q~IIN!()N EMPIff)YEE WAGES AND BENEFITS

<br /> ~,,l, f lEI{lC. AS, the Personnel Committee of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota met on
<br />July I,$, i989 t~ ~'eview the recommendations of the City Administrator for wages, benefits, and
<br />classificali(,~s; <~i ~¢m-ttnion employees; and
<br />
<br />~:¥flEREAS, the Personnel Committee recommends that:
<br />
<br /> Sandra Ashley, Finance Officer, salary grade 7, be given an increase in
<br />salary to :~i:~6,(~37, :mnually, effective 1/1/89, confirming acceptable completion of a 12 month new
<br />employee 1~'{ ~i~ii¢ ~na~'y period; ~tll(l
<br />
<br /> ?) Michael Auspos, Chief of Police, salary grade 6, remain at the current
<br />salary, as tl~: i.l ii.S contract for the Police Officers has not been settled, and will be reviewed
<br />following it~¢ :-;(,.tll<,.me~]t of the I,ELS contract; and
<br />
<br /> Mark Banwart, Community Development Director, move from salary grade
<br />5 to sal~ry .:.:r;~dc 5.5, and be given an increase in salary to $29,260 annually, effective 1/1/89; and
<br />
<br /> 1) Sylvia Frolik, Planning Assistant, be given a wage increase to $22,681
<br />annually, cl'lc~ tic, c. 1/11/89, confirming the promotion from Department Secretary to Planning
<br />Assistant,md '~:tl~;"y grade change fi'om 2 to 3, with position anniversary date of 9/1/88; and
<br />
<br /> Kay McAloney, Personnel Coordinator, salary grade 3, remain at the
<br />cra'rcm sala~'y, ~:~ :-,he was recently hired on May 30, 1989 with the current salary agreed upon by
<br />thc Pcrsonn(:l ('t>,r,n~ittce and thc City Council; and
<br />
<br /> ,5) l'enny Curtis be given the title of Administrative Coordinator, move from
<br />salary gradt ? i~> :ialary grade 2.5 due to an increase in responsibilities, and be given a wage
<br />increase to $~' 1.9~4 ~ annimlly, effective 1/1/89.

<br /> ,\ rs D WIlEREAS, be it further recommended by the Personnel Committee that
<br />thc cmpI~>),c~' ,:c~,l~ ibute $182.00 per month toward health insurance including dependent coverage
<br />and $5,00(I I'~fc m:4t~t'at~ce for employee only for all of the above mentioned employees.
